Personal data processing policy

The site rekhert.dev belongs to Martin Rekhert. This policy describes what data the site collects and why, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

What data and why

Through the request form and the chat you can share your name, phone number (WhatsApp), a description of your business, budget and timing. This data is needed for one thing only: to answer your request and discuss the project. No mailings, no sharing with third parties, no selling of data.

Where the data goes

A request is sent to the site owner’s personal Telegram and saved in the request database, which only the owner can access. Chat messages on the page are processed by an artificial intelligence service to form an answer and are not stored on the site separately; if you leave a contact in the chat, the text of the conversation is attached to the request. The site keeps anonymous visit statistics (page, traffic source, device) and may use Google and Yandex counters to evaluate ads; neither the statistics nor the counters receive your name or phone number.

Consent and withdrawal

By sending the form or a chat message, you consent to the processing of this data to answer your request. You can withdraw consent by writing on WhatsApp or Telegram: the data will be deleted.

Storage

The data is stored in the owner’s messenger and in the request database until the conversation about the project ends, and is deleted on request.
